Learner Terms & Conditions

Governed by the laws of New South Wales. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the Learner") and Ozi Licence Pty Ltd.
1Parties to This Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between Ozi Licence Pty Ltd (ACN: XXX XXX XXX) and the individual registered as a "Learner" on the Ozi Licence platform. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
2Eligibility and NSW Licence Requirements
To use the Ozi Licence platform and engage in driving lessons, the Learner must:
Hold a valid New South Wales Learner Rider/Driver Licence or a recognized interstate/international equivalent approved by Transport for NSW.
Carry their physical or digital licence at all times during every lesson.
Maintain the minimum legal age for driving in NSW.
Disclose any medical conditions or vision impairments that may affect their ability to drive safely.
3The Role of the Ozi Licence Platform
The contractual relationship for the actual driving instruction is between the Learner and the Instructor. Ozi Licence provides the infrastructure for discovery, booking, and payment processing.
4Use of the Ozi Licence Platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Providing false or misleading personal information.
Attempting to bypass the platform's payment system to book instructors directly.
Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward instructors or other users.
5Learner Obligations During Lessons
Zero Tolerance
Strictly no alcohol or drugs. Instructors will terminate lessons immediately if intoxication is suspected.
Log Book
Ensure your NSW Learner Log Book (physical or app) is ready for verification and signing.
7Payment Terms
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling via the platform. Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We use secure third-party payment gateways; Ozi Licence does not store your full credit card details.
8Cancellations and Rescheduling

10Privacy
Your privacy is critical to us. We collect personal data such as your name, contact details, and licence number solely to facilitate driving lessons. Data is stored securely in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
